39th Annual Give 'Em Hell Harry Dinner & Auction Keep Cowlitz Blue!
Silent auction and reception starts at 5 pm. Dinner buffet begins at 6 pm. Menu: Springtime Salad~mixed greens, apples, craisins, raspberries and blueberries served with raspberry vinaigrette and blue cheese dressings with blue cheese crumbles on the side Your choice of one of three entrees: Prime Rib ~ lightly blackened and cooked medium. Sliced thin and hot held in au jus Chicken Cordon Blue ~ breast meat tossed with ham in creamy Swiss cheese sauce baked golden with seasoned bread crumbs Vegetarian Lasagna Vegetables: Tri color mini potatoes ~ seasoned and roasted Seasonal veggies Garlic butter focaccia bread Dessert Dash Each table can bid for the opportunity to be first to pick from the fine assortments of desserts.
