Silent auction and reception starts at 5 pm.
Dinner buffet begins at 6 pm.



Menu:
Springtime Salad~mixed greens, apples, craisins, raspberries and blueberries served with raspberry vinaigrette and blue cheese dressings with blue cheese crumbles on the side

Your choice of one of three entrees:
Prime Rib ~ lightly blackened and cooked medium. Sliced thin and hot held in au jus
Chicken Cordon Blue ~ breast meat tossed with ham in creamy Swiss cheese sauce baked golden with seasoned bread crumbs
Vegetarian Lasagna

Vegetables:
Tri color mini potatoes ~ seasoned and roasted
Seasonal veggies
Garlic butter focaccia bread

Dessert Dash
Each table can bid for the opportunity to be first to pick from the fine assortments of desserts.

Coffee bar
Complimentary soda at the bar
Two complimentary drink tickets
No host bar
