Silent auction and reception starts at 5 pm.
Dinner buffet begins at 6 pm.



Menu:
Springtime Salad~mixed greens, apples, craisins, raspberries and blueberries served with raspberry vinaigrette

     Quinoa and Wild Rice Salad~kale, fresh veggies and dressing

Your choice of entrees:
Prime Rib ~ lightly blackened and cooked medium rare. Carved on the line-served with au jus and creamy and raw horseradish

Citrus Salmon ~ seasoned with lemon-pepper, baked with a citrus glaze

Vegetarian Pasta Bake

Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Wild Rice Pilaf

Seasonal veggies

Dinner Rolls with butter patties

Dessert Dash
Each table can bid for the opportunity to be first to pick from the fine assortments of desserts.
